I contacted ms Lucy a week ago as I am new to the different hair braiding, and I explained that to her. She responded and walked me through exactly what I needed to buy. I arrived at the shop she greeted me with a beautiful smile and promptly started working on my hair she did exactly as I ask. Boho knotless. She was very attentive and super sweet.
